Return status:

Customers must inspect the product condition and exchange or return the item on the spot at the time of delivery/receipt under the following circumstances:

• The product has issues that cannot be repaired due to manufacturer errors.

• The product type and quantity do not match the order.

• The appearance of the goods is damaged during transportation (e.g., peeling, breakage).

Customers must provide relevant videos and documents to prove the aforementioned defects in order to complete the product return/exchange process.

General Conditions and Return Policies:

• The product packaging is intact, free from scratches, dents, external damage, or breakage.
